The result is a human harvest field of wounded and bleeding souls with damaged hearts, relationships and marriages. Talk One: Holy Sex.
God’s plan was to create a holy lifetime union between a husband and wife with sex. Instead, our culture has created unholy unions with multiple partners. Discover through science and Scripture the reality of sexual bonding, what it is, how it happens and how it impacts us.

Talk Two: Pure Sex
Whether single or married, the enemy tempts us blatantly and subtly to live impure lives. We'll look at God's top ten ‘just say no' list regarding sex as well as some of the less talked about grey areas, like emotional affairs, self-stimulation and pornography.

Talk Three: Break Free From Your Sexual Past:
After 40+ years of sexual promiscuity in our culture, most of us have been wounded sexually. The enemy tempts us to cover it up and forget it—leaving it in the past. God wants to uncover it and bring it into the open. When sex is used apart from God's purpose, whether voluntarily through our own choices or involuntarily, as in sexual abuse or rape, there are deep wounds that need healing, losses that need to be grieved, lies that need to be replaced with truth, and ungodly soul ties that need to be broken. Leaving it covered allows the enemy to rewound us, lie to us, haunt us and condemn us—over and over. Bringing it into the open allows God through His forgiveness and grace to heal us and break us free from the bondage to our past. I'll share the steps God led me to break free from my past sexual bonds. Experience with me the unimaginable freedom, forgiveness, healing and hope that God has to offer.

Underneath our expert facade of the hottest fashions, stylish 'do's' and perfect makeup we are real women with real issues--messy issues. Often we stay quiet about our messes pretending that everything's okay. But it's not. Regardless of what it is, a sexual past or present, abortion, substance abuse, marriage troubles, single woes, an empty spiritual life, fears or doubts, God is in the miracle business of transforming the messes we make of our lives into a message of hope for others.

What is your mess? How did you get into this mess? What does it mean to give it to God? What will He do with your mess, and what does that mean for you? These are questions we'll explore over four talks on a weekend retreat. Although Barbara specializes in sexual healing, this will relate to all women, regardless of what their mess is.
